Organoleptic characteristics:
Colour: Straw yellow.
Aroma: This wine is fruity (with marked hints of apple and pear) and floral, in which notes of wild flowers emerge.
Taste: Pleasantly light and delicate with a good sapidity that makes it appealing, harmonious and pleasant to those who appreciate lively wines.
Food pairings: Excellent as an aperitif, accompanied by crudités of vegetables. Ideal for light or fish-based dishes.
Serving recommendations: Serve chilled at a temperature of approximately 8°-10°C
Storage: In a cool, dark place. Avoid long stays in the refrigerator.
Time of consumption: To be enjoyed young, in the year following the harvest.
